HighLevel, built properly. And custom code where HighLevel stops.
I'm Carlos Apao, a HighLevel Certified Admin and full-stack developer. I set up and automate HighLevel for agencies and business owners, and when a client needs something the platform doesn't do, I build it.

For agencies
Your white-label HighLevel builder. I take overflow builds, set up client sub-accounts from your snapshots, QA what's already live, and handle the custom integrations your team doesn't have time for. Your clients never see my name.
For business owners
A HighLevel account that actually follows up. I set up your pipeline, booking, reminders and follow-up automations, connect the tools you already use, and teach your team how to run it.
Selected work
Software I've built: one product of my own and three builds for clients, most with HighLevel wired in.
Suppliq
My own product: a SaaS for small retail businesses in the Philippines, live in production. I built the app and its HighLevel account.
37,000+ sales through one system for the till, the stock room, payroll and the tax office
Small shops in the Philippines run sales, stock, staff pay and tax compliance on separate tools or on paper, and the internet drops in the middle of a sale.
How it was builtNitroAxentra Flow
Client work for NitroAxentra, a HighLevel agency that runs its own clients on the platform.
HighLevel pipelines as a shared task board, with a portal for every client
An agency running its clients on HighLevel had internal tasks, client onboarding and client messages spread across HighLevel, email and spreadsheets.
How it was builtSocial Media Agency Platform
Client work for the same HighLevel agency: its social media side, built as its own app.
From a Google Maps search to an approved, scheduled post, in one agency workspace
A social media agency needed one place to find new clients, produce posts in each client's brand voice, get them approved and publish them.
How it was builtCalling CRM
Client work for an outbound call team.
A calling CRM that hands each agent the next lead, and never the same lead to two agents at once
A team calling from their own phones needed to split large lead lists across agents, keep two agents off the same person, and see who reached whom.
How it was built
Anatomy of a workflow
A speed-to-lead workflow as I'd build it in HighLevel. Every new enquiry is logged, assigned and texted, the rep is alerted, and the chasing stops the moment the lead replies or books.
Existing customers skip the sales sequence
They go straight to their account manager. No duplicate deal.
A reply stops the automation
Stop on response hands the lead to a person. No bot talking over your rep.
Booking ends the chase
A goal event skips every remaining follow-up the moment they book.
Tap any number on a step to see why it’s there.
Book a 20-min fit call- Allow re-entry: off
- Stop on response: on
- Time window: Mon–Sat, 8am–7pm
- Timezone: contact
Settings
Settings first. A lead who submits twice doesn’t get the sequence twice, a reply stops the workflow so a person takes over, and messages to the contact only go out inside the window.
Highlighted: a new lead’s path. “None” catches everyone who doesn’t match the condition.
- Form submitted, “Request a quote” form
1. Form submitted
Filtered to one form, so a newsletter sign-up never starts a sales sequence.
- Existing customer?, Has the tag “customer”
2. Existing customer?
Existing customers don’t get a sales sequence or a duplicate deal. A named account manager is assigned, told, and replies personally.
Branch: Existing customer
- Assign account manager
- Internal notification
Branch: None
- Create opportunity
3. Create opportunity
Every new lead lands in the pipeline automatically, so nothing lives only in an inbox.
- Assign to user
4. Assign to user
Split traffic equally across the sales team, only for unassigned contacts: leads are shared fairly, and a contact who already has a rep keeps them.
- Internal notification
5. Internal notification
The rep is told as soon as the workflow reaches this step, not the next time they open the app.
- Send SMS
6. Send SMS
Booking link plus opt-out wording. A contact who has replied STOP is on DND, and HighLevel fails the message instead of sending it.
- 1 day
7. 1 day
No reply-check needed: Stop on response already ends the workflow the moment they answer.
- Has an email?, Email is filled in
8. Has an email?
Not every form asks for an email. Without one, the follow-up stays on SMS instead of an email step that has nowhere to go.
Branch: Has email
- Send email
9. Send email
A second channel for people who don’t answer texts from numbers they don’t know.
- 2 days
- Send SMS
- Add to nurture
10. Add to nurture
Three messages over three days reads as follow-up, not spam. Leads who stay quiet move to a long-term nurture workflow instead of being texted forever.
Branch: None
Same follow-up, SMS only
11. Appointment booked
Appointment status: booked. A contact who books jumps here from any step, skips every remaining follow-up, and the opportunity moves to Booked.

How we work
Four steps, with an update every few days, so you always know which one we're on.
Fit call (20 minutes, free)
You tell me what's broken or what you want built. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.
Audit and scope
I look at your current setup and send a written scope with a fixed price and timeline.
Build
I build in your account, with updates at least twice a week. You see progress, not a black box.
Handover
A recorded walkthrough, written notes for every workflow, and 14 days of support after launch.

About me
I'm Carlos Apao, a full-stack developer in Lipa City, Philippines, and a HighLevel Certified Admin. I build HighLevel accounts and the custom code they need, for agencies (white-label) and business owners.
Alongside that credential I hold 14 more HighLevel certifications, including A2P 10DLC Compliance, AI Voice, SaaS, Lead Capture Systems and HIPAA Compliance. That covers the platform side: how accounts, workflows, funnels and snapshots should be built so they hold up when the business grows.
The developer side is what makes the work different. I've spent 2 years building web apps with React, Astro, TypeScript and Supabase, so when a client needs something HighLevel can't do on its own, a custom integration, a dashboard, a webhook that talks to another system, I can build it instead of telling them it isn't possible.
I work 9am–5pm Philippine time, which is evening and overnight in the US: you send feedback at the end of your day and wake up to progress.

Questions
How much does a HighLevel setup cost?
It depends on scope. A focused build like a follow-up workflow starts at $300; a full account setup with funnels, automations and integrations is usually $1,500–$3,500. After the fit call you get a fixed written quote, so the price doesn't change mid-project.
How long does a project take?
Most single builds take 3–7 days. A full account setup or migration usually takes 2–4 weeks. The timeline is in the written scope before any work starts.
Do you work white-label for agencies?
Yes. I work under your brand, inside your agency account, and never contact your clients unless you ask me to. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start.
Will I own everything you build?
Yes. Everything is built in your HighLevel account, and any custom code is delivered to you with documentation. Nothing stops working if we stop working together.
What if HighLevel can't do what I need?
Then I'll say so on the fit call and, where it makes sense, build it: a custom integration, a webhook, or a small app connected to your account. That's the advantage of hiring a developer who specialises in HighLevel.
Can you fix an account someone else built?
Yes, and it's common. I start with an audit of your pipelines, workflows and integrations, list what's broken or duplicated, and fix it in order of what's costing you leads. You get a short list of what I found, even if you decide not to continue.
What happens on the fit call?
Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. You explain what you need, I ask questions about your current setup, and we decide whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll tell you who might be.
What time zone do you work in?
I'm in Lipa City, Philippines and work 9am–5pm Philippine time (UTC+8), which is evening and overnight in the US. Messages get a reply within one business day, and you can book a fit call at any open time on my calendar.
